Is it possible to change an android OS to windows?

Q. I have a laptop running android 2.1.2 and would like to change it to a windows OS, is this possible?

A. In theory, of course. In reality, most likely not. This issues are memory, processor and drivers. If you can get past those issues then you probably can convert. Otherwise you may be stuck with someone elses efforts (and errors). If it was me, I would personally stick with Android and be leaning to its efficiency and customizable options since Windows is closed source and pathetic (in the underlying technical workings) as an OS (my opinion, I am not stating fact beyond the programmatic world as I use it and see it).
