Another thing to consider when it comes to gaming is the GPU. Hauwei ascend doesn't have good gaming GPU. (For example lg optimus 2 have a nvidia tegra 2 gpu).

That's all fine and good until they hear a well balanced set up with the front speakers getting enough power to balance with the sub.

If the app wants to install by default to SD (which means PART of it goes to SD, it will do so by itself.

Root and "default to SD" actually forces apps to SD whether they want to or not, which can break apps, break widgets, and more. It sounds cool, but it doesn't help... much.

How to use equalizer on poweramp? What does the numbers represent?

Q. I have the poweramp app. I want to adjust the eq settings to make it sound quality sound better. I know it has presets, which I use, but I want the music quality to sound like my ipod.

My question is how to use the equalizer. I know the different numbers represent the frequencies. But do the different numbers adjust the snare, bass, treble voice,etc?
Im used to having the beat SLIGHTLY drowning out the voice.

CAN SOMEONE TELL HOW TO USE THE EQUALIZER?!

A. There are two ways to approach a graphic equalizer (which is what you have in the app).

The "scientific" way is to learn what instruments occupy the different frequencies. For example, a snare drum's fundamental sound is about 200Hz to 500Hz, and the snares show up between 1.5kHz to 4kHz.

A male voice is about 200 Hz to 3kHz. And so on and so forth. Then, you can approach the EQ with the knowledge of what you're affecting when you touch make an adjustment.

The thing to remember is that each slider (correctly called a "band") doesn't just affect one instrument...it affects all of the sound in that band.

Another thing, graphic EQs can add or subtract energy in each band. Push it up, you're adding. Pull it down...subtracting. Leave it in the middle...the sound is unaffected.

That's the scientific way. The easy way...just start pushing the sliders around and see what they do!! As long as you're listening at a reasonable volume you're not going to hurt anything.

It's not possible to give you specific settings, because we don't know what headphones you're using, the specific songs (and it will change song to song), or your hearing. You have to do this yourself.

I can tell you this...in general if you pull down the 500 and 1kHz sliders a bit, you'll usually reduce the vocals. With EQ's, it's always better to cut and not boost.

Q. I recently got an android phone, and I'm wondering how I can download games from my PC and sync it to my phone. I have a lot of app store games, so I'm also wondering if I can use itunes to get my games to android. I am using broadband, so no internet for the Phone. Please help I really want games....

A. iTunes is only for apple products.

You have to connect your mobile with PC by using USB cable. Then PC will find your SD Card folders and from pc you have to move games to these folders. After that find it in your mobile and install :) Thats all

Why cant my phone play Android games with a lower operating system requirement ?

Q. My phone is Android 2.1 but it lags when i play games such as Angry Birds wwwhich is 1.6 for example. I have a Hauwei Ascend.

A. Well, Hauwei ascend is not great for gaming.it has 600MHz Processor with 256 MB RAM.Having Android version 2.1 doesn't make a mobile good for gaming.Latest android gaming phone like galaxy s 2 has duel core 1.2GHZ Processor with 1 GB RAM.

Another thing to consider when it comes to gaming is the GPU. Hauwei ascend doesn't have good gaming GPU. (For example lg optimus 2 have a nvidia tegra 2 gpu).

Inspite of this you may find many good games in android market which Hauwei ascend an handle well. Also try google search to find out which games are best for your phone.
